Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ve got your back:
1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to a product issue from our end.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for available stock.

Follow the same process as returns and mention you want an exchange.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale/discounted items

Socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive items
