Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ve got your back:

​1. Returns
  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, email us at blv.karma.biz@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

2. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to a product issue from our end.

3. Exchanges
  • Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for available stock.

  • Follow the same process as returns and mention you want an exchange.

4. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
